Top Tips for a stylish Christmas
Whatever you are doing this Christmas – do it in Style!
Here are my top tips for making sure you have a stylish Christmas.
Let’s start with the biggest event…
Dress up time
Often the biggest event happens at the busiest time, so it really pays to be extra prepared!
Hang everything you intend to wear in one place. Then it’s easy to see if you’ve missed anything.
Put together (if appropriate) tights – underwear – slip – shapewear.
Shoes – bag – coat – gloves. Check you have the perfect lipstick colour.
Will you need a second footwear option for to and fro, or when the heels start to rub?
Layers
Our climate, often calls for layering options. We can be all ready with a chunky, festive jumper and suddenly the temperature shoots up and we end up sweltering.
Having a second, thinner option, can be a lifesaver. Or try a top and jumper/cardigan, or a dress and jumper combo. This way you have your bases covered!
Casual Co Ordinates
It’s so easy to go casual lux these days.
Velour track suits are back – it took me a while, as I remember them from last time. Now though, they are so much more flattering.
If you don’t like matchy matchy, there are lots of versions of a ‘Chanel style’ cardigan around. These can be super cosy and worn with some wide leg, pull on trousers can look put together in a super comfortable way.

Celebrate YOUR Style
This time of year can be be so busy, it certainly pays to plan. Make sure you put YOU, high up on the to do list. Take a rest when you can and enjoy a long bath or a mani pedi. Anything that make you feel fabulous.
Whatever you are doing this December, looking and feeling your best makes everything go so much more smoothly.
